Dustin Hudson is the founder and CEO of Fox 3 Capital and a trusted investment partner at RanGu Ventures. With a 20-year career as a U.S. Air Force veteran and F-16 fighter pilot, Dustin brings unmatched discipline, clarity under pressure, and strategic decision-making to every real estate acquisition.
During his military service, Dustin led missions across multiple combat theaters, operating in environments where precision, timing, and execution were everything. These experiences shaped the way he approaches multifamily investing today: with a focus on data-driven decisions, risk mitigation, and consistent performance for investors.
Dustin specializes in identifying high-potential multifamily assets in strong, emerging markets across the country. His goal is simple — to help everyday investors access the wealth-building power of real estate without the stress or guesswork of managing properties on their own.
